Hey Guys,
I'm a FFL holder from Washington State. I've never done a transfer to a C&R FFL holder and am a bit concerned. The gun in mind is a 1916 produced Vest Pocket. The gentleman purchasing the gun is a C&R holder within the confines of California. He sent me a copy of his C&R. Are there any concerns with me just sending the gun to the address listed on his license?
