Just wondering if anyone knows if the chinese model of the SKS qualifies as C&R. I have a russian, yugo and albanian and would like to get my hands on chinese and romanians. If they aren't, does anyone know why? ( I know why they stopped importing, but that wouldn't explain taking those that are already here off the list )
