Was looking at a firearm on gunbroker where the seller said to be sure that your ffl dealer will accept from a private seller. What are the rules regarding this as it applies to crufflers. Can I purchase a gun from a private seller , out of state? Do I send him a copy of my C&R just as I would a regular dealer? His feedback lists several firearm sales that all seemed to go smoothly and all were direct through him, with no FFL dealer on his end. Thx to all and Happy New year. |
