Basic question with alot of different answers. I have my current C&R FFL and also a permit (required in my local area) to legally possess a rifle and or shotgun. Here goes: Is a Winchester 1901 lever action shotgun produces in 1910 qualify as a C&R shotgun to be transfer to my license??? |

Yes, it's automatically C&R after 50 years.
