Hi folks,
New to the forum and trying to figure about the forms to submit my register for a Curios and Relics license. I have the Certification of Compliance with 18 U.S.C. Questions on this form:
Am I just to put my full name on #1 and 2? I get confused because they ask "NAME OF PERSON CERTIFYING TO CITIZENSHIP." Then I just sign and dated it. On the other form: Application for License. It's pretty clear, but on #10 I just initial next to the boxes, correct? Then I write in the Chief of Police in my area and his address, still correct? Lastly, what do I do on #11? I could sign it but what would I say for title? I have no title. I know I don't touch #12, so I assume I make a copy of this application and then send it registered mail to the police chief and send the papers to the ATF with $30 -- check, money order? I'd appreciate any help and yes, I know you've probably heard it before. Thank you. |
