Does a Winchester Model 1897 shotgun produced in 1912 qualify as a C&R firearm?

According to the ATF list it is a C&R:

Winchester, Model 1897, pump action shotguns, all gauges, manufactured between 1899 and 1957, S/N's 1 through 1,024,700.
Winchester, Model 1897 or 97 riot guns, 12 gauge, 20" barrels with original RIC (Royal Irish Constabulary) markings.
