Hello, I have just received my c&r and started shopping around for C&R handguns, but noticed most will not ship pistols to ny. Now i have valid unresticted carry permit for nys, the atf agent that came to the house to process the c&r said I can purchase c&r handguns. However the pistol clerk in my county said I cannot? Now I understand that you need to comply with local laws concerning C&R handguns but the problem is that handguns must be added to my permit prior to possesing the gun. This is a bunch of crap does anyone have the same problem? there are a few that will ship these handguns to ny,what do I do? any help or comment's would be great thanks guys
